Perhaps, my memories are stored in my hair.

Snipped off my long hair for 6 years yesterday - something i've been thinking about doing for quite some time, but was hesitant when i thought of its nostalgic implications.

"you wanna go for it? so you really wanna go for it? do you need a moment or two to think about it again?"

"ya. no."

"it's like a path of no return."

"ha. hmm."

& so the tresses fell to the floor. i watched them being swept away through a mirror, only to realise that nostalgia is not caused by being sentimental; it's simply stubborn. blindly stubborn.


this is it. loving the new hairstyle now.
